A Biography Film can suit any budget ranging from a simple photo/video slideshow set to music, to a full 90 minute production with interviews, graphics, voice over etc..
The story can be related in any way you feel comfortable, either as a free form chat or prompted by questions. It's an enjoyable experience and is filmed unobtrusively in your own home or wherever you feel appropriate.
Digital copies are made of any photos, home videos or visual memorabilia to include in the piece and provide you with backup copies free from deterioration. None of your material will need to leave your home.
The interview is then edited into a coherent story, incorporating the photos and video footage with titles and effects. The final piece can be up to 90 minutes in length or split into 2 or 3 shorter films.
The final DVD is colour printed on disc and sleeve and contain the film(s) plus slideshows and any useful information. A second DVD is included containing the digitized photos and videos for safekeeping.
An interactive photographic family tree can be included on the DVD which can be printed to poster size and framed.
Cine footage needs to be transfered to digital video for editing and inclusion in the film though in any case it is advisable for ease of viewing and preservation.
